Pot Coffee: An Infused Coffee Recipe That’s the Best Part of Waking Up

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Coconut Milk or Non-dairy Milk of Choice
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons Infused Honey or 1/2 teaspoon Infused Coconut Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine organic fair-trade coffee, coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice), coconut oil, infused honey (or infused coconut oil).
- Optionally, add vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Pour into 2 mugs.
- Serve hot, or cold over ice.
