INGREDIENTS
- 2 tomatoes
 - 1 onion
 - 1 yellow pepper
 - 1 lime
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 4 tbsp mexican seasoning mix
 - 1 tsp chipotle powder
 - Pork cutlets
 - Fajitas
 
DIRECTIONS
- Bake the pepper (cut into thin strips) at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
 - Chop tomatoes into small chunks, mix 1 tbsp oil, add salt and pepper, lime juice and 1 tbsp of seasoning mix and chipotle. Put aside.
 - Pat pork cutlets dry, cut into thin strips and use remaining seasoning to coat them. Heat 5-7 min on stove top until fully cooked
 - Mix sour cream, lime rind, 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper.
